Other Terms:

Unless prior arrangements are made and accepted, all repair bills MUST be paid in full BEFORE the computer is allowed to leave our office.  Special orders and large jobs will often require a non-refundable deposit PRIOR to the work beginning.

Partial payments are acceptable if requested at the initial diagnosis, but the computer must remain in our possession until such time as the full balance has been paid in full.  In the event of partial payment, the full balance must then be received within 30 days or a service charge of 2% of the outstanding balance will be added.  If no further payments are made in the 30 days following the initial payment, the computer shall be subject to sale as listed below.  In such case, the customer forfeits any partial payments that have been made.

Computers left at our office with unpaid repair bills for over 30 days will be sold to recover the cost of the repair.  Any data on the system will be destroyed prior to the system being sold.  We will not be responsible for said data.  The original owner shall have NO title to the system nor to any monies generated from its sale once this process has begun.

Any and all customer computer orders require a minimum of 75% to 100% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of order.  If the customer decides against following through with the transaction, the deposit is forfeit and the product will be re-sold at liquidation price to recover our costs.  The initial customer shall have no claim to any of the funds generated by the sale of such item.
