"We were having problems with our AT&T internet service.  After contacting AT&T by phone and the problem couldn't be correct, Troy Pousardien came to our home.  We know very little about computers and were so frustrated but that all changed when Troy showed up.  Almost immediately we felt secure that our problem would be taken care of because Troy absolutely knew what he was doing.

No enough could be said about this young man.  He was so patient with our “probably dumb questions”, so kind and respectful.  He far exceeded our expectations.  It was very obvious that he care about AT&T and it's customers.

But, the main thing that so impressed us was his “customer service skills”.  That is something that can't be taught – you either have it or don't and Troy certainly could be called Mr. Customer Service.  One could have thought the Chairman of the Board for AT&T had come to fix our problem.  Troy cared that we were completely satisfied with AT&T.

"Thank you so much for all your technical support with my laptop upgrading my current laptop to a larger hard drive so that I could utilize my existing laptop in my business workplace for an additional time before purchasing a new system.  The clean-up you did on my laptop and upgrading to a larger hard drive and the reformatting of my existing hard drive to a portable external disc where my valuable documents could be stored.  When you ordered the case that fit my old hard drive, the case was modestly priced at $20.00. The use  of this old hard drive that you reformatted for me to back-up important documents that I needed to save for my business  allowed me to only spend the $20.00 out-of-pocket expense  which was much cheaper than buying an external  hard drive from the manufacturer.
